Education Three years at BYU with revolving majors and a lot of dance classes. I can still do the cha cha.
Career First and foremost I'm a Mom -- the greatest career. This means I get to think of plot ideas while driving kids to gymnastics and then jot them on whatever scrap of paper is handy. Hey, it was good enough for Lincoln. I write for both the LDS and national market.
Affiliations I'm a long time member of the American Night Writers Association.
Awards Playing the Field was chosen by the Society of School Librarians International Book Award, honor book and was also put on the Texas Lone Star Reading list
Personal Statement Writing is my candle, my little light that I hold up to the world. I write so that others can have a few hours of good, safe, fun. I write so that people who are trying to live right can open the pages of my books and feel like they're not alone.
